Resort amenities include: • Heated Mickey-shaped pool • Splash pad • FlowRider ($35 additional charge) • Restaurant/bar (great food!) • Ice cream shop • Fitness center • Walking trail • Kids' playground • Arcade • Sand volleyball court • Basketball court • Sports equipment available for free checkout ★ RESORT ACCESS ★ * Guests have private access to the house and backyard with private splash pool, as well as all resort amenities * Some resort amenities require additional fee charged by resort personnel * No gate code or wristband required to access the pool and resort clubhouse * Food and beverage at the resort clubhouse are not included ★ PARKING ★ * 2 vehicle maximum in front of the unit * Additional parking is available at the ends of the building * Commercial vehicles, RVs, Trailers, Buses, Golf carts, recreational vehicles, or watercraft are not permitted at Solara Resort ★ ACCESS ★ * Access to the entire house except for cleaning closet and mechanical closets * The maximum number of people staying at the house is 12 total including adults and children ★ POOL ★ * The house has a private splash pool * Please keep the pool net around the pool for your children’s safety * Pool heat is available for an additional $35/day * Minimum: 2 consecutive days. * Temperature will not exceed 88°F * Pool heat must be requested 48h in advance * Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and DOES NOT heat as well in very cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
